Follow the steps below to get enrolled at TSTC.
Submit Your Application Online!
Our application is online, ready when you are.
Whether you’re on your computer, tablet, or phone; you can complete our application from the comfort of home.
Activate Your TSTC OneID
After applying, you’ll receive an email from TSTC OneID.
Click the link in the email to set up your password and use the OnePortal to access important tools.
Onboarding
Complete the following steps in Workday:
- Confirm your residency for in-state tuition.
- Review the agreement regarding your financial responsibilities.
- Fill out the State Aid Authorization Form for consideration for scholarship funding from the State of Texas.
Submit Necessary Documents
Email your official high school/GED, college transcripts (and bacterial meningitis record if you are under age 22) to GetRegistered@tstc.edu.
Alternatively, documents can be sent electronically by your high school counselor, through Parchment to TSTC in Waco.

Sign Up For Classes
Register for classes with the help of your Enrollment Coach.
They will guide you through the Texas Success Initiative (TSI), if it applies to you.
Some programs have additional steps before registration.
Pay For Classes
You can apply for financial aid at studentaid.gov to qualify for federal or state aid and TSTC scholarships.

- View and pay your balance through Workday
- Visit the Student Accounting office at your campus.
- Contact your Enrollment Coach for assistance.
