Our annual budget includes planned expenditures for the September 1 through August 31 fiscal year, as projected by Central Operations and the colleges. It is based upon available revenue from the legislative appropriations, tuition and fees, and other revenue sources.

Dual Credit courses are available at some high school campuses, on-site at a TSTC campus, and through distance learning classes taught by TSTC instructors.

Grants are typically need-based financial aid that typically do not have to be repaid, which makes them highly desirable.

Our Standards of Academic Progress (SAP) have been adopted to determine continuing eligibility for students who are receiving or applying for financial aid. Academic progress will be reviewed at the end of each term to determine whether you are making satisfactory improvement. This review will include all periods of your enrollment, even those for which you did not receive financial aid.
