Important information for students receiving Financial Aid
You will receive a Refund Selection Kit, which will include your TECH OneCard and your personal code. This kit will be sent in a bright green envelope to your address on file with TSTC. The refund selection kit allows you to select your refund preference. Your refund selection kit includes TSTC’s student identification card, the TECH OneCard. TSTC’s student identification card handles all ID card services, such as checking out library books and eating in our TSTC Café. For more information, visit the BankMobile Disbursements website.
Important Dates for Financial Aid for Spring 2024
January 8–April 26, 2024 (15-week session)
February 12–April 26, 2024 (10-week session)

Financial Aid Credit Refunds
When do I get my money?
Funds will not be released before these dates:
January 19, after 5 p.m. – Grants and loans for all students (15 week session)
February 21, after 5 p.m. – Grants and loans for all students (10 week session)
February 12-16 (10 week)
February 12 (10 week)
April 8 (10 week)
- Waco campus: If you withdraw from all of your classes at TSTC before March 18 (60% point of the semester) , you may owe a portion of your financial aid back to TSTC.
- All other campuses, including Online Programs: If you withdraw from all of your classes at TSTC before March 7 (60% point of the semester) , you may owe a portion of your financial aid back to TSTC.
- IMPORTANT – If you drop a class prior to January 23 (census date for 15 week term) or February 20 (census date for 10 week term) your financial aid will be adjusted and you may owe a portion of your refund back to TSTC.
These dates do not apply to students who begin enrollment later than January 8, 2024.
