Waco Culinary Arts Greta W. Watson Culinary Arts Center

(WACO, Texas) – Texas State Technical College’s Culinary Arts program in Waco opens its student-operated restaurant for the spring semester on Wednesday, Feb. 26.

The restaurant is at the Greta W. Watson Culinary Arts Center on Campus Drive. The restaurant is open to the public, but reservations are required. Meals will be served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on select Wednesdays and Fridays during the semester. 

The serving days and themes, which are subject to change, are:

— Feb. 26 and Feb. 28: Southern

— March 5 and March 7: German

— March 19 and March 21: Jamaican

– March 26 and March 28: Korean

— April 2 and April 4: Indian

— April 9 and April 11: Cajun

— April 16 and April 18: Greek

 

Weekly menus will be posted on the TSTC in Waco Facebook page and online at tstc.edu/culinary-arts-menu.

Reservations can be made starting two weeks in advance of each serving date. No same-day reservations will be taken. Reservations can be made by emailing wacoculinary@tstc.edu.
