TSTC’s student-operated restaurant to open July 3

(WACO, Texas) – Texas State Technical College’s Culinary Arts program in Waco opens its student-operated restaurant for the summer semester on Wednesday, July 3.

The restaurant is at the Greta W. Watson Culinary Arts Center on Campus Drive. The restaurant is open to the public, but reservations are required. Meals will be served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on select Wednesdays and Fridays during the semester. 

The serving days and themes, which are subject to change, are:

— July 3 and July 5: Southwest

— July 10 and July 12: Southern

— July 17 and July 19: Thai

— July 24 and July 26: German

— July 31 and Aug. 2: Cajun

— Aug. 7 and Aug. 9: Italian

Weekly menus will be posted on the Facebook pages for TSTC in Waco and the Greta W. Watson Culinary Arts Center.

No same-day reservations will be taken on serving days. Reservations can be made by emailing wacoculinary@tstc.edu.
