This career field involves the management, operation and maintenance of complex operation systems and applies your know-how to the engineering and manufacturing process. In a typical job as an Industrial Technologist, you can expect to plan, design and implement manufacturing processes and equipment.
TSTC’s certification in Industrial Systems Technology generally requires about two semesters to complete. You'll learn all the basics of the career, including AC and DC circuits, automation and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
